The second Lucky Emblem in this area can be found atop one of these chimneys. Here you should see three stone chimneys rising from the rooftop. From here climb up the building with the shop until you reach the very top of it. To find the second Lucky Emblem in Twilight Town, make your way over to the Moogle Shop.
